“Jason Dolby is unparalleled as a coach and trainer for his passion, enthusiasm and interest in the progress of his students and clients. He contributes his energy and expertise to IKFF courses all over the world as a key member of our International Team and it is with great honor that I can call him a colleague and dear friend.

In addition, Mr. Dolby garners the respect of his peers because he is not content to be an arm-chair trainer, he also puts his methods to the test as a Kettlebell Sport athlete, regularly competing during his free time for the  IKFF Kettlebell Team”

“My time spent with Jason was of invaluable importance to my fight performance and overall health. What first drew me was the “cave man’ system applied with science approach that Jason uses.  All of the workouts were designed to be functional within my sport, everything directly carrying over into my M.M.A competition. Specifically with the use of kettle bells and goats bags I was able to strengthen parts of my fight game that had been lagging.

The most important concept I got from Jason was prohibiting energy leakage with his “water-stone-water” viewpoint.  In M.M.A energy is of the utmost importance, perhaps the most important. I incorporated this viewpoint not only in the workouts but in my whole M.M.A. game, resulting in optimal energy in my fight. With Jason, I was able to go into my fight knowing I had been trained with the right tools in the right way.”

“My experience with Jason Dolby is this:

I am a 72 year old semi-retiree, musician and businessman.  Five years ago, I had to give up the game of 4-wall handball due to both back and knee problems.  After two knee arthroscopic operations, there is virtually no cartilage remaining in my right knee.  My mobility was limited as a result of this, as well as spinal problems (ruptured L4 and L5 vertebrae) and frequent (spasm) and pinched nerve problems.

Through my health club, I was introduced to Jason Dolby for training sessions twice a week.  First he tested and evaluated my condition and explained how a specially designed exercise routine would help extend my range of motion.  So we started.

Jason is no run-of-the-mill trainer with “one size fits all” solutions.  My program and his training dealt directly and specifically to my situation.  The routine would vary every session, and be geared to how much he and I felt I could do that particular day.

I began to feel and function better in many ways, especially in the areas of range of motion, endurance, and injury avoidance.  My overall balance improved greatly due to routines designed to do exactly that.

Surprise of surprises:  After about a year I was able to again play handball; a sport I thought I had to retire from forever.

Being a professional musician (mainly flute and saxophone) puts a considerable strain on the neck, arms, shoulders and lower back…..and yes, even the fingers, hands and wrists.  Jason’s routines include exercises for all of those body areas, involving both endurance and mobility improvement.

To say that I am pleased would be a big understatement.  There is no question that I have increased my physical and mental equipment to enjoy this part of my life and onward.  I am eternally grateful.”
