This allows my spine to remain juiced up and all without losing posture. Another good benefit here is that my brain wakes up a bit before my body. This is all good.

Denis- Doing 8kg swings for 20 min. definitely makes you a bit more chipper in the morning. LOL! For real though, if that IS true you are an animal.</description>
